I am in Chapter 7 bankruptcy and did a reaffirmation agreement on a couple of loans. I decided not to reaffirm these debts. I called the court and they said i need to do an Order Disapproving the Reaffirmation agreement to the court. So, I asked her if all I had to do was send a letter to them, but she said it has to be in a order form. I don't know what she is talking about, does anybody here know? Please Help!

Did they tell you to do a motion or an order? Normally you have to file a motion with the courts, a notice of motion, and an affidivat showing who you mailed it to. Then after the waiting time period for objections, 21 days where I am from, you file an order approving the motion with the courts. Then the judge signs it and it's all ok. If you call your local clerk of bankruptcy court they might be nice enough to tell you how to format it. I know mine told me how.
