necessity?

I consulted w/bk atty in February. Also, in Feb. I went to Kohl's and charged $250 worth of clothing (shoes, socks, etc..) for my two children. At this time, I knew that I was going to file. I will pay this back if I have to. They desperately needed this! Should I pay on this or will the trustee see this as a necessity? Thanks in advance. ;)

Its under $600 and clothes for children will probably be considered a necessity.
