    Yet another STUDENT LOAN -?

How many times can we reword these student loan questions - :-) hehe. Okay I have a question that may be "new". I have three private / alternative students. They are with banks, my lawyer seems to think there is a chance they may get discharged - unless of course they are associated with a non-profit org. Anyhoo.... Here is my question, I forgot who the primary borrowers were so I checked them and I realized that I am not the borrower on any of them!!
    Loan 1 & 2: Co-borrowers: my parents
    Student: ME
    Loan 3: my father
    Student: ME.
My question is this - WILL I EVEN BE ABLE TO PUT THIS ON MY BANKRUPTCY?? I have been steadily paying these for 6 years! If I cannot put them on my bankruptcy then I can afford my bills! I'm about $300 a month in the hole. When I had the consultation with my lawyer I didn't know that I wasn't the primary borrower!! The bank that gave me the loans told me all three parties are liable. My parents are also considering bankruptcy! So I'm wondering how that would work if they can in fact be DISCHARGED??

Yes, you can still list them on your BK, but your parents will still be on the hook for them.
