No reaffirmation. Which car(s) would they like? haha

We were advised not to reaffirm. Fine. Our atty has been called 'old school' from someone here and I wasn't about to go out on a limb and bother the guy, who never wanted to deal with us in the first place. He was handed over to us when our atty was fired from the firm.

Anyway, so we have a 2005 Honda Civic EX and we still owe about $12K. We also have a 2004 Saturn VUE and we still own about $10K. The Honda's interest rate is about 6.5% and the Saturn is 0% financing. (back before ch 7 was on our minds)

Do you think either lender will have a vested interest in taking back 1 or both of the cars? I've already come to terms with, if they do, then there is nothing that we could have done about it and we'd just get another car at a much higher interest rate.

We've never missed a pymt and we will be paying them on time every month until they are both paid off in 2 yrs. Should I be contacting them and telling them that? I do worry about losing our 0% financing.

On our credit report, it appears as if Honda hasn't updated because it's still showing as current, but the Saturn is showing 'included in BK'.

Thanks for your help! Also, I checked out the new Saturn Outlook today (we need a bigger car) and if we can afford it, I would be willing to trade in one of our cars (probably the Honda, or sell it outright) and then finance a new 7 seater Outlook. NO idea what the interest rate would be though. Do you have any idea? They are offering 0% financing now, but I realize we'd never see that again.

    Thanks!
