    341 Done

Yesterday was our 341. Simple and straightforward. Checked pacer this morning, and the trustee had declared no assets, and requested to be relieved.

    What happens now??????

One more question too -- we have not filed our 2006 income tax returns yet. So when he asked us if he had a copy of our most recent income tax statement, we said yes. 2005 is the latest we have filed, and that is what he has.

DOes this mean that he is not interested in our 2006 refund (not sure there will be one anyway).

    Thanks!

Congrats on your 341 going well, Wrink!

About the taxes,........... I'd suggest you call your attny and ask. That's the safest way to know what the Trustee wants.
