While me and my ex-husband were seperated, he charged up a credit card up to 11,000. It is under both of our names. He failed to pay child support for over 6 months. I then ran up a credit card also for groceries, gas etc... In the divorce his 1999 Chevy Silverado was awarded to him, but it is still under both of our names. I didn't have the money for an attorney to settle community property. We also have a 2001 Honda Accord that I was awared in the divorce and have been paying on. My concern is the car was a Christmas present and is only under his name. He filed bankruptcy about a month ago. I have an appointment to file in a week. My question is being he has two vehicles under his name will they make him sell one. Even though it was awarded to me in our divorce?
