New Pacer Entry - Close to Closing ?

Just found this on Pacer concerning my case "Order Approving Allowance of Compensation and Administrative Costs, Order on Application for Compensation" by the Trustee.

This is the report where no one objected to the payment to the trustee or to the creditors. The report spells out how much each one (trustee, creditors, etc.) recieved of the assets.

Am I close to closing ?

You should be close to closing. I remember when I saw that on my case, I remember something about 90 days from the date of the order/approval. I think from this point, the monies will be disbursed. Then, once all of the checks have been cashed, your case should close.

Hang tight for a little while longer. You're almost done.

This October 5th will be 2 years for me due to stupid advice from my lawyer. I started as a no asset case, trustee quit and new one was assigned when one asset was discovered, changed to an asset case, they investigate forever, conclude and final numerous reports, pay themselves, send out notifications to see if any objections.................what a paper night mare.

Anyway, the end is near. Hope your case was smoother than mine.
