Can anyone help me on this..I had a vehicle repossessed and now have a judgement against me from the bank on the unpaid amount, after they sold or auctioned off my vehicle. I listed the judgement on my BK, do I have to also file a motion to avoid lien? I dont see how it can still be a secured loan when they already took the vehicle.

You'll be fine.............mail the creditor a letter and a copy of your BK petition. Getting a balance bill from a repo is very common.
