stupid question?

i have filed chapter 7, have the creditor meeting next week. here's my question. along with myself i have included my limited liability company in the chapter 7. is that company (llc) going to be eliminated. the reason i ask, is that i have licensing, business insurance and business bank accounts that have to be renewed for next year. do i simply continue my business under a new name or can i retain the old name? thanks

yes, my business was and is a one man operation with the exception of hiring labors through rent a man company. i do restoration and repair to buildings on a small scale.
