Completed 341 today too!
Today was our 341 Meeting and it went off without a hitch! We showed up 30 minutes early and listened to many other people before us. I was terrified, many people were actually "put through the ringer." However, when our turn came up we answered everything honestly and it was over in about 10 minutes.
We thought the Trustee would want our paid-off vehicle, worth only around $3,000. We receive only a $1,200 vehicle exemption per person. During the meeting, the Trustee stated he would have someone contact us regarding the vehicle. But after reviewing our documents, he stated, "Assets abandoned, no abuse found. You're dismissed." Our attorney stated this means we can keep the vehicle and our state refund we just recently received.
I am SO relieved and can't believe I lost much sleep over it.
