    Pacer...????

    I had my 341 4/4/07. I checked pacer today and it says:

    4/5/07 Chapter 7 trustree report of no distribution

    Do this mean no assets? Please make my day someone....

    341 4/4/07- DONE
    6/7/07- Discharged & CLOSED

    Upon review of your case file, and hearing your testimony, the Trustee has found no Assets to distribute.

    Pretty much, unless something happens, you wait out your 60 days and then you'll be Discharged.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
    Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007
