alas i am almost out of money....I plan on filing chapter 7 next month...
last week i recieved a summons in the mail for a car accident that was over 1 1/2yrs ago.
I thought this was settled already by the high rate of insurance i was paying...
but apparently my insurance company is fighting this claim. it is for $25000 .. my liabilty limits are $50000 and should cover but it will be months before this is settled. the attorney for the insurance co said 99.9% she is certain the claim will be less than my liability limits.
can i include this in my bk or is this something that will just hang over my head until it is settled?
