    Another question!!

When exactly does your 60 day wait begin? We have an asset case and the trustee just yesterday (19th) sent notice of what he is interested in, our 341 was the 13th. Is the clock ticking yet? We also are adding a few creditors this week, mailing amendment tomorrow...I am thinking the 60 day wait can't be from the day of your hearing if all creditors are not in and trustee has not finished reviewing...anyone know??!
    Thanks!

It is 60 days from the date of your 341. The trustee can file a motion to extend this if he needs to.

Filing is correct, as long as nothing comes up such as an extension you should receive your discharge of all of your debts exactly 60 days from the original date of your 341. Since you are an asset case, it will take longer for your case to close after discharge, it sometimes takes up to a year to close an asset case but after your discharge the closing is just paperwork and distribution so nothing needs to be done on your end for that.
