    Does this mean I'm done?

I've had a very hard time with this. My lawyer was not up to date on the new laws and when we got selected for audit, they found several forms filled out incorrectly. Anyway, last I heard they may have had to convert it to Chapter 13 because the means test was not correct. Here is what pacer has today.

Date filed: 02/07/2007 Date discharged: 05/10/2007 Date of last filing: 05/10/2007

    Pending Statuses

    Status Begin

    Awaiting 341 Meeting 02/07/2007 92 days 1 Voluntary Petition (Chapter 7)
Awaiting Closing 03/11/2007 60 days 23 341 Mtg Held/Trustee's Report of No Distribution
03/15/2007 56 days 30 Receipt of Installment Payment (Final)
Awaiting Trustee's Report 05/10/2007 0 days 36 Order Discharging Debtor

I'm I over the hump or can they still motion for dismissal?

From what you have posted, it appears that your case was never converted and you have been discharged and are awaiting closing.

    Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
    Discharged - 02/16/2006
    Case Closed - 11/08/2007

        Thrittos!!

Sounds like you're just waiting to Close now.

Different Courts handle that different ways. Some folks are Discharged and Closed the same day. Some are Closed within days to a week. Our Court has a required 30 day waiting period. Then the Clerk Closes all cases 1x a month, at the end of each month.

You can always call the Clerk's Office and ask what the procedure is. They are generally pretty nice and will probably tell you what you need to know.
        Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
        Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
        Closed - 04/2007
