    WOW!! My case closed!!

    I'm shaking and feel like crying & celebrating all at the same time!! Last day for objections was Monday 6/4 and I just checked pacer to see if Case was discharged yet and it says....... Discharging debtor ch7 & Final decree ch7 then it says CASE CLOSED..
    Is that it? I'm done? Free and clear? I just cant believe its over.

    WHOOO HOOOOOO... I wish i could scream here in my office

    May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
    July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
    September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

      What state are you in I hope mine is that fast
      Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

            Congratulations!!! My last day is today. What court did you file in? Mine was Utica.
