    Where am I?

    I have my case number and looked in the district I thought our attorney filed our petition in, heck I didn't even know they filed until I checked our account and saw it was filed and there was a case number.

    I checked by last name, by file date, by case number, nothing. Our attorney's website said file date was 6/4/07, shouldn't it be on there already, there were other cases, but I didn't specifically notice if they were Bankruptcy or not.

    If you know your District, there's instructions in the PACER thread for how to access your case.

    Like Western District of Michigan, for example.

    Just follow the instructions in the PACER Stickie thread and you'll get there.

      Thanx - but I did follow it this time and it's a different case that was filed back in January. I tried by my ss# and last name and it said no such person. What could I be doing wrong? I'm sure the Bankruptcy paperwork I got (that I missplaced) said EAST Distrist, Michigan. Guess I'll have to wait until Monday and call my attorney, unless someone else has any suggestions.

        I FINALLY found it! They filed in WEST Michigan - I wonder why the change? I'm happy because we THOUGHT it'd be a 4 hour drive, now it's only going to be 1 hours! Yipeee!!!!!!!!!1
