Got our letter from UST office

I freaked out when I saw it in the mail. But when I read it I was so relieved!!! It said:

The U.S. Trustee's Office must investigate every debtor for potential abuse under 707(b). Please porvide the following documentation/information by June 18, 2007:

Copies of paycheck stubs for November 2006 to April 2007 for the debtor.
Copies of 2005 and 2006 tax returns.

That was it!!! Does that mean they probably are not going to look much further or require more information on our debt??

That's just a start not the end. Never known the unknown. Might be long, might be hard, or might be quick.. might be easy!?

It sounds like it may be the basic things that need to be turned in with your petition and were left out. We had to turn in 6 months of paycheck stubs and last 2 years of income tax returns when we filed. At our 341 the people before us did'nt have all of it in thier file and thier case was continued.
