    Regarding PACER...if you have HAD your 341 meeting, there is no way you are not in PACER....are you sure you registered in the proper district. PACER access is district by district and many states have more than one district. Double check the spelling of your name and case number, and try again.

    For example, California has 4 districts...Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central. So, if you accidentally register for PACER in the Eastern District of CA, but your case is really pending in the Central District, you will not see your case in PACER.

        Thanks for all the replies!! Much appreciated.

        Does anybody have any advice on borrowing from the 403B prior to discharge? It's one of those things that I don't think the trustee would find out about, but I don't want to create problems for myself. That being said, we really really really need to purchase another car as soon as possible. It's creating major headaches and has the potential to impact my ability to carry out my business effectively.
