am i cleared for chapter 7???

today i recieved letter in the mail form B9A. Notice of chapter 7 banruptcy case, meeting of creditors, & deadlines.
meeting of creditors july 23, my name , judge's name , trustee's name, attorney's name,

and
presumption of abuse does not arise.

does this mean i wont be forced into chapter 13?

At this point, No.

Presumption of Abuse does not Arise means you're initially over the Means Test hurdle. At least for now.

But, keep in mind, the local Trustee is gonna review your paperwork and so will the UST's Office. Things can change any time between now and your Last Day for Objections. Or you can go thru just fine.

With BK, it ain't over til it's over. Just take it one day at a time. No news is good news. And hope for the best.
