60 days are up and no discharge?

Had my 341 meeting on April 25th,2007. Last day for objections are June 25th,2007. No asset case. I'm in North Carolina in the western district. I have looked on Pacer and haven't seen any objections and it's not showing discharged. Any thoughts from anyone is greatly appreciated.

it can take a couple of days to show up usually when it does it will say discharged on 6-26-07 entered on 06-30-07 for example
Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

Thanks. I'ts nerve wrecking when you know it's supposed to be showing discharged by law in North CArolina after the 60 days and it's not.

Very few discharges actually happen on the last day for objections. The good news is creditors can no longer object. Its mostly an administrative matter at this point. Some people have waited up to a month for the discharge but usually they come within a week.

Some Courts Discharge and Close within days of the Last Date for Objections.

Our Court here has waiting periods. Discharge comes a week after the Last Date for Objections.

Closing won't occur until 30 days since the Last Posting has appeared in your case. And at that, the Clerk Closes cases once a month at the end of the month. So if your last posting occurs early in a month, you could wind up waiting nearly 2 months to Close.

Depends on the Local Rules of your Court when your Discharge will show.
              Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
              Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
              Closed - 04/2007

                Your discharge should be soon.

My last day for objections was 6/25...I was obsessed and checking PACER up till 5:00 pm that day...Then till midnight...was already to constantly check it for the next week. and surprise on PACER today was
                Discharged 6/26/07
                And closed 6/26/07.
                Printed out my discharge paper.....

Can one expect a bump in FICO scores when the discharge hits
                the CRA??
Mine are all sitting right 600. hoping for a little bump.
