Ok I am having nightmares of people taking the car doing the night.
So here is my question. Ford gave me an extention for April, I explained at the time that I didn't think it would help but they decided to do so, now May has come and gone no payment to them no my June payment is due today. I haven't called them because I don't want to hurry the process as we are filing until October. So how long does it take, should I call them? This is eating my stomach up.

So if I understand correctly you have'nt made a payment in 3 months? Every creditor works on a different timeline but I would be expecting the repo man anyday now. Are you wanting to keep the car and catch up the payments? If so then yes I would call them and see if you can get something worked out. I am not sure from your post what your intentions are.

Honda waited 80 days on mine. So, I would think your's would happen any day now.

Is there any way to make any payment with them? Ford is great to BKers, so I would hate for you to not have that resource in the future if you needed a new car.

Mine was just taken, one of them anyways.. I think if you hide it, there is no legal repocussions as long as they dont have a court order depending on what state you live in.. also, try parking a car behind it, they cant move one to get the other.. once you file they cant take it and you can get a reaffirmation agreement set up.. but search California law to learn your rights..
