Feeling a bit stressed

I finished my chap 7 BK education, and got the certificate thru CCCS early last week. I emailed my attorney, and was advised that it was recieved, but I don't see any update on Pacer. I have emailed my attorney, and I'm getting no answers...I have also called my attorney, and I only get the receptionist. In short it seems my attorney is MIA.

Should I just mail the BK education certficate to the court clerk?

Anyone been thru this one? Just a bit scared is all with attorney not answering my emails or phone calls.

Ask the receptionist. If you can't get an answer you are comfortable with, contact the court and ask them.

Receptionist advice is talk to attorney, however attorney is out, or at court. No luck there.

I will try your advice and contact the court. However just seems very off, and odd that the attorney would not call or email. The firm I hired has been very good about getting back within the next hour or day. It's been 4 days now..., and I'm getting a little concerned.

It might just be that he took some vacation time over the weekend since it is the week of the 4th.

I know my Financial Management course that my lawyer her said to go ahead and do after filing but before the 341 meeting (some courts let you do that some don't) took about seven to ten days to show up on PACER after I mailed it to my lawyer. (It posted last Friday ).

If you just got the certificate and sent it to the attorney, he/she then has to file it with the court, it's doesn't aitomatically show up on Pacer. Sometimes it does take a few days for things that are filed with the court to show up on Pacer. It is a holiday time period so try to have some patience, and just keep an eye on it. I'm sure everything will be just fine, so don't let yourself get too stressed over this.
