    So, if it's 7:00 pm here and nothing new on PACER...

    Are we in the clear??? Today is day 60! I imagine the courts are closed now? Or do they have until midnight? And if nothing does happen by midnight, are we in the clear totally? Or is there still a chance something can happen between now and discharge?

    Wow... That was a very long 60 days!
    3/27/07: Chapter 7 Filed - Pre-filing true FICO (hers/his) 450/477
    5/10/07: 341 Meeting DONE! Trustee's Report of No Distribution Filed
    7/04/07: FICOs going up! Credit report cleanup (hers/his) 540/536
    7/10/07: DISCHARGED! 8/27/07: CLOSED!

    The objection has to be filed before the Court closes. You should be free and clear, hopefully PACER will reflect that in the next day or two

    September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

        Yep, this process seems like an eternity. Mine is just starting too, despite the progress up to this point (months)
