    Health Insurance

My husband and I filed chap 7 bk a few months back and we hope it will be completed soon, however, in the meantime, I am having a difficult time keeping up with the high health insurance premiums - my husband is disabled, has diabetes and heart disease. Is there any way to halt the insurance company from terminating our insurance coverage until I can get a better paying job?

i dont think you can break the contract no matter what the circumstances are but im not to sure about this, im sure someone will know more about it, but i do wish the best for you and your husband.

The health insurance issues are in a crisis state in my opinion, and the HMO"s need a rocket in thier bums. I feel for you but they have no mercy.
