If i file a chapter 7 from a 13 and i own a house, how long before i have to leave after closing on a 7? Do i get 6 months?

Derpends on if you live in a judical or nonjudical foreclosure state. In a judical foreclosure state, there are a lot of legal hoops the lender must jump through. It can take 6 months or more.
