or do they remove it ?

Foreclosure.com is a website that gleans publicly available information, they are not regulated by any government agency, etc.

You may just want to send them a freindly e-mail explaining your house is not in foreclosure.

Is it listed under the foreclosures or the bankruptcies? There is a tab on the menu bar for properties listed while in bankruptcy. It's a hit or miss kinda listing, ours was not listed but several people I know that went through bankruptcy and kept their home was listed. These are different from the foreclosures tab, it's lists what chapter was filed whether it's active or non-active (closed). It might be possible to have them remove it from the list.
