If I have to file for chapter 7 and my name is on a deed of a house, as well as the name of another individual that lives in that house, will I lose my half of the ownership. If so, will the other person on the deed feel any effects from my chapter 7. I do not live in this house, but it was paid off well before the chapter 7 papers were filed.
