Your creditors get to ask you questions about their account and your financial circumstances. Because 341's are supposed to be short, the questioning doesn't last that long, (its not like a full blown deposition), but it can be very stressful.
Our attorney said it was the current trend of the DOJ when people had 401K/vacation buying..things related to your company benefits - basically "luxury" items in their opinion. Of course, all that stuff is already in place before you find yourself in a situation that might require BK.
