I'm confused...am I understanding this right?
The 20 largest unsecured claims are the only one where they need the account amount and phone number?
The creditors matrix diskette is where I make "mailing labels" for ALL creditors, but do not put amounts and phone numbers?
So, is this right? I don't need to be panicking and calling everyone to get the account balances if I know the name and address, unless it's one of the 20 largest?
