A couple years back I ran into this guys who said he could help e with my horrible credit situation

I was all ears!

He said that I could get a Brand new social Security # and by doing that I would help Build my credit I beleived him and went ahead with the prcedure
apparently he was a business owner and made me like a partner of his firm in order to ge this number from the government

I went and opened accounts and started to rebuild my status and low and behold Lost my job!

OK so now I'm panicing the papers said that I would never be able to get another

So now not only do I have JACKED UP credit on my original number now I have jacked up credit on this ther crap

So I speak to a lawyer about filing and asked him was this legal he said yes
and went into ho the guy did it mind you I paid a nice penny to be a part of this BS

so Now I want to file a chapter 7

Does anyone know exactly what it is that this guy did and if so would i be able to include the things I got with it in chapter 7 like the Apartment that I lost the GYm Memebership and a whole lot of crap

Please any info would be greatly appreciated

I am not sure anyone here can say one way or the other without seeing the paperwork.
