    Okay...tomorrow is the 10th day..still nothing on pacer...Questions

In our district it looks like they have 10 days to update pacer after the 341 meeting.

Well, from looking a few case that my trustee handles, the people that he declared abuse, problems or assets he updated with 1-4 days after the meeting. No abuse cases were updated at the very last minute.

So my question is do you think it is a good sign that he is waiting at the last minute to update ours if you base it on my trustees history?????

I know it is a good sign he asked nothing at the meeting but I wish if he had any problems he would have asked something so we could addressed it then but I guess there was not problems. since we really did not have credit cards, we always used our debit card so I know he had no questions how we spend our money because it was all listed on our bankstatements. Even the loans we took out was direct deposited into our bank account so he knew how we spend the money. Even the money we spent at church was on our bank statements. Our taxes are a mess but I wrote a brief explaination in regards to that. I also wrote a very brief three sentence explaination about our situation so I guess he had no questions.

Oh well, me being nervous again.

I think you need to take a Valium and disable your PACER account

HHM, you are funny but may be right. I don't have valium but I do have Vicodin for my fractured foot.

But you still did not answer my question LOL>.

You don't need a valium, you are simply educating yourself about your trustees work habit andyour own case history/involvement.

Making "friends" so to speak, with your docket report will give you peace of mind in the long run.

From the information you provided, it seems as if you would have been flagged as a "meansyes" by now if that were the case. It seems it's not the case.

So you should safely assume you are in the clear.

there is usually no update until discharge.

DId the trustee already delcare you can a no-asset case and ask to relieved by the court? Because once that shows up on PACER you won't see another entry until the discharge. In fact it will most likely still say 'awaiting first meeting' until your discharge date. Even after your meeting.

What your waiting to see is 'MEANSNO' and will likely show up in the claims register on PACER.

That means no abuse. But you would have been notified by writing by now if they fiind abuse. In fact it would have showed up on PACER by the 10th day.

One word of caution. Be ready for a big PACER bill, it sneaks up on you, especially if you been reviewing other cases.

I know people who ended up with 150-200 bills in a busy quarter checking.

biotech, I am already afraid to check my billing account. It is like I am addicted to that site. My case states nothing but no assets, the last updated date still shows 8/9 and that was when we paid the installment filing fee. My paralegal keeps telling me she would have heard something by now and to stay off pacer or I will get a huge bill.

if it already states that the trustee has declared it no assets and wants to be relieved you won't see anything else until the discharge shows up.
No reason to really check it again.

I'd check it every 3 days or so.

After my 341 meeting, my trustee posted the declared noasset information that same day. He also posted the letter that was issued to me to take part two of the Debtors Education class that is required to get a discharge, other than that, no other items were posted. I would like to know how to check up on my trustee. Can anybody tell me where to look in Pacer for information about other cases my Trustee handled?

no the trustee did not even declare no assets, he left no remarks so far. Status stills shows nothing pending. My case just stills shows no assets, it showed that from day one.

My original advice still stands, since you practically post this same question daily.

oK, FreshStart, you and me need to join forces. I have secretly been checking pacer daily for the last 2 weeks, everysince my case status on my trustee site updated to possible closing. I just keep hoping to see an order stopping the wage deduction, even though I know it aint gonna happen anytime soon.

Come on over and we can have a Zanax together.

And I know how anxious you are feeling right now, hang in there.

From everything you've posted about the 341 and your trustee, I really do think you're safe. HHM is probably right but I have to say I'll be doing the same exact thing after my 341 Sometimes logic can't over-rule worry. I don't think trustees realize how we get about all of this!
