    Pacer ?'s

My 341 was 3/9/05, last day for creditors to object is today however Pacer states 5/8/05. I have checked Pacer but it only shows in my status REPORT OF NO DISTRIBUTION. What does that mean?
How long should I wait before Pacer will show whether or not I have been discharged? If the information is not on Pacer, does anyone know where I can get updated info in the state of MS.

Thank you & Happy Belated Mother's Day to all the mothers on this site!

    BE PATIENT...
Did you file Chp 7 NO ASSET Case?
Pacer updates usually daily, plus you wil be notified by mail of discharge.
More than likely you will receive your "discharge" shortly i the mail and it will appear on "Pacer" also.
"Discharge" does not mean your case is closed. It has to appear on pacer that the Trustee has closed your case. Then its closed.
BUT BE AWARE, that Trustee can close your case, yet reopen it at anytime within 1 year of discharge should he find assets he can dispose of or any irregular transactions he wishes to investigate.
The "no distribution" usually means you have no assets to distribute among the creditors.
Now its just wait it out.
Good luck to you, and hope its over for ya!
