lawyer not returning my calls

My motion to dismiss letter came in the mail Sept 29. I called my lawyer three times now and he still has not returned my phone calls!!! The letter is dated 8-24-07 but i didnt recieve it till the Friday the 29th.
I am a little stressed right now. yesterday when i called, the receptionist told me he would call me back by then end of the day but still no call?

I'd drive up there and sit in his office until he showed up. And if the receptionist says he's not there, just tell her you'll sit and wait until he does get there.

That's not against the law, so try it...

But that's just me, I'm very forward and blunt with things like that.

Yeah I think the idea of going up there and sitting until he shows up is a good idea. I think you have 15 days to respond to a motion.
