Filed 7/30/07 341 meeting 9/20/07 60 DAY CLUB 11/19/07!!! :yahoo::yahoo: DISCHARGED!!! 11-26-07:yahoo::yahoo::yahoo: CLOSED 12-06-07 :yahoo::yahoo:
It means the trustee wants to be discharged the trustee has found no asset to sale and you are just waiting for discharge
Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.
Ok so what does discharge mean? I assume that is something that happens after the 341 meeting...apoligizing in advance for the ignorance...
Discharged means the debts owed are wiped out. The debtor has no more obligation to pay the debts. The discharge is scheduled for 60 days after the 341 Hearing.

This is soooooooo confusing. You said 341 Meeting terminated, but you still had one. It can't be both ways. You either had a 341 meeting or you didn't. Which was it?

First Meeting Held and Trustee's Report of No Distribution 8/2 :yahoo::yahoo:
10/15/2007 - DISCHARGED!:yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:
If after the 341 meeting (that everyone is required to attend) THEN you see posted on pacer that the Trustee is terminating or states "no assets available" and he wishes to be relieved of his duties...........then basically your case is over.
You still have to wait out the 60 objection day period.......but no one will object normally because the Trustee has stated there are no assets to sell......
So this is a good thing -
So just sit tight and wait on those discharge papers..........
Your looking good.................

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
