    Because it was purchased with a furniture store credit card is exactly why there was a security interest on the goods. If it was purchased with a generic Visa or Mastercard there would have been no security interest...

      Tell them that when they show you the writ of replevin, they can have their used stuff, worth far less than the writ of replevin cost to get at the courthouse.
