    Trustee and Judge assigments

Good afternoon folks, here is another question for all of you wonderful people.

How can research be done to see how specific trustees and specific judges are?

I am not sure if this is even possible, but it seems to be an interesting subject.

Thank you for all of your help.

oh. my lawyer is filing my case next week.

Only why I can think of is using PACER, but if it is a very active trustee then it might get to be expensive.

Pretty much every District has a home web page that lists all Trustees and Judges.

From there, you could look at cases on PACER.

BUT, PACER can get very expensive very quickly.

Say you Query a Trustee who's been with the BK Court for 20 years,................ The first web page that comes up could be hundreds of cases, maybe even into the thousands with a Ch 7 Trustee. That one web page of case listings can be easily be 40, 50, or more billable PACER pages.

Another way is to Consult around. When you find an attny you like, look at that attny's cases. See how things went with the different Trustees and Judges.
      Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
      Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
      Closed - 04/2007

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.

Don't waste your time (and money) searching PACER. Just relax. Honestly, YOU CANNOT LEARN much of anything by reviewing other peoples cases.
