I would imagine some do know about this Forum, and others, and do lurk.

By and large, tho, I don't think a lot do.

When we were Consulting around, I did mention the Forum to one attny. He was surprised that a BK discussion Forum existed.

I think many are just too busy with their practices, personal lives, and families to spend time surfing "shop talk" on the internet.

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.

The last thing I want to discuss is what I do at work all day.

But it can't be against the law to learn the law & ask questions. Why should only a select few know the law? It can't be wrong to share experiences & talk to others about it. Or is this a case of freedoom of speech being used to hurt the innocent? Kind of like tell me what your religion and political beliefs are so I can judge you to hell.

I would much rather learn or at least get set in the right direction than to make mistakes or get a bad attorney who does not know what they are doing making things worse, and they do exist. One of the first things I learned here is how to choose a good attorney.

Whenever I get there, my attorney will know everything that has happened to me along the way & it will be no different than what I have discussed here or with others outside of here. I will also triple check the forms for no mistakes.

The web is loaded with the same information & questions that we discuss here. Forum or no forum, it is still available online & I will use what I have learned to help myself & to help others.

Some probably to, I would imagine many are just to busy to visit here regularly.
