    Car Loan Judgement

A few years back we had a car repossessed, of course the bank sold it for way less than what was owed, they have hounded us ever since. Currently they have a judgement against us for the balance. I have listed it in my chap 7, but am wondering if there is more i need to do to get rid of it. Am filing on my own, getting really nervous, cant get a straight answer out of any attorney, as I am not a paying customer. Thanks in advance.

As I have learned from posts on this forum. Filing BK does NOT eliminate Judgments... You will have to file motions to get that done.
You really should have gotten an attorney...

You still might be able to ask an attorney, if you go to one of those "Free sessions" that they offer.

I have to tell you... the day that I went to court, I went to the wrong building. A nice older gentlemen escorted me to where I needed to go, and asked why I was there. I told him that I had filed bankruptcy. He told ME that he was a Bankruptcy attorney, and that he was on his lunch break, and would accompany me and give me some pointers in the mean time. He stayed with me the whole time, sat there right behind me when I went in front of the judge, and really gave me support. He didn't ask for a dime, just told me to take care and went on his way.

Good luck! Maybe you can find a nice guy like the one that I ran across.

      (I filed pro se also)
