i forgot to include a lawyer bill from my divorce. I guess its to late to include that?

If your case is "discharged", then yeah, it's too late. BUT, if you wanted too, you could reopen your BK to include the creditor. Incidentally, is the bill from "your" lawyer, or your spouses lawyer that you were ordered to pay? If the later, then it probably cannot be discharged anyway.
