Please someone tell me what this means on PACER..

    Just went on there,

    On the status page:

10/17:Meeting with creditors, concluded no asset case.
    10/17: Awaiting Closing
    10/17: Awaiting Discharge

So, does this mean that this won't get thrown out (i.e. dismissed?), or try to get converted to a 13?

So are we officially a no asset case? Or does this just mean we had our 341 hearing and its a wait and see(Basically means nothing)?

Did I mention I don't like this PACER verbage?

    341 10/11/07 Concluded no asset 10/17/07
    Final Date for objections 12/10/07

You are officially a no asset case and sitting in the 60 day waiting period for discharge. It's almost over! Good luck and may the next 60 days go smoothly and quickly!

Really? I am sooo nervous... So does this mean that the US trustee won't object and its just our creditors that can try to pull something in the 60 days? So did the local trustee conclude it is a no asset case? How does that work? I was going to contact our atty but I don't want to look like a nut.

Where do you look on Pacer to check the progress of things? I don't want to click on the wrong links and get charged. I look at the last date filed on the query page and see if its worth looking further, since there was a new file date for today I was scared to look for what happened...

I am trying to relax, but I am scared too.

OMG, I went to docket report and it says this:

Meeting of Creditors Held and Concluded on 10/11/07. Trustee's Report of No Assets: Trustee of this estate reports and declares under penalty of perjury that the section 341a Meeting of Creditors has been held and certifies that the trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C. 704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors of this estate. The trustee received no funds or property of the estate and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office.

Oh I can't wait till this is over!!! I gotta stop checking pacer, don't want a hefty bill

CALM DOWN, SIT DOWN, PROP YOUR FEET UP AND GET COMFORTABLE FOR THE NEXT 60 DAYS.

From the sounds of your case - no assets - probably no objections, and discharge in 60 days.

Congradulations - the hard part is over, except the waiting, and with your case that shouldn't be stressfull either......

just relax, you will be okay. I have been on the edge of my seat for 60 days and everything works out, although, I now have a $109 pacer bill, I can say it was all worth it.

The notations on PACER are from the Standing or Panel Trustee handling your case. Generally those recommendations hold true.

BUT, the UST's Office could find something upon their review. OR, you could be one of the lucky 1 in 250 cases that gets pulled for audit. You might be asked to provide extra documentation before all is said and done.

For right now, it looks like you're good to go. But nothing is said and done until your 60 days expires, you get your Discharge, and your case is closed.

As Minny said,............. Kick back, prop yer feet up, and join us while you wait out your 60 Day Club Membership.
