60 days was up...no status change?

Hi everyone! My 60 days was up on October 9th and I still haven't heard anything about my discharge. Also, when I check PACER, the last filing was on 8/20/07 and says "awaiting discharge". I am a no-asset case. Is this normal to wait this long to hear anything?

    TIA!

    Depends on your Court.

Our Court has a 1 week waiting period. Last day for Objections and Extensions passes. Discharge is issued 1 week later.

You can call the Clerk of the Court's office and ask what their process is. Could be something similar for you.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007
