UST objects within 10 days of 341?

I came across a bk atty's website/blog, and they discuss the presumption of abuse, I will cut and paste this here:




Is this the usual re: the 10 day time frame, and is it 10 calendar or working days? I have noticed that ch 7's that get converted get some kind of inkling of a problem due to early UST involvement(meaning showing at 341, requesting info prior to 341 or right after, etc. etc. and then objections seem to follow after all of that...)

And does anyone know where to find how many ch 7's get dismissed or converted to 13's???

Thanks. Just curious. We are 8 days past our 341, and wanting time to march forward, all has been quiet for me so far...

As with most laws, timing is usually based off of "calender days".
