    80 day club and now i know why

    I decided to give my lawyer a ring...turns out that i never signed a paper saying i completed the video class. Even though i took the class, aced the test and emailed my lawyer the control number.....you still have to turn in a signed sheet. He emailed me the doc....signed it....emailed it back and now the doc is showing up in pacer.

    Hopefully my discharge will soon follow.

      Glad you got the mystery solved, Ryl3x!!

      We didn't sign anything for the post BK Education part. The Credit Counselor at CCCS signed our Certs. CCCS emailed our Certs to our attny and our attny filed them the same day.

      Is the signature sheet something new?? Or maybe your District handles things differently??

        I did mine through hummingbird online. It gave me a controller number when i was done. What i didnt know was that i still had to sign something saying i completed the class.

          Aahhh!

          Different Counseling Agencies handle things differently, I guess.

          Glad you to it all straightened out. Hopefully you'll be seeing "Discharged" soon!!
