Need help from anyone who had to file Motion to Reopen

I need to file a motion to reopen my case. I filed pro se and everything was great according to the trustee. One of my installment payments did not get there in time by a day. So my case was closed. Anyway...can anyone help me out on how and what to include in this? I know I have to pay an additional $260.

By installment, since you posted in the chapter 7 forum, I assume you mean that you are paying the filing fee in installments, correct?

If it was the BK clerk that dismissed your case, try calling the BK court clerks office, they usually will have a form you can fill out for simple matters like this (but I could be wrong).

However, I don't really have any resource off hand to point you to.
