Is this good news? Just saw this on Pacer:

Trustee's Report of No Distribution & First Meeting Held: Trustee of this estate reports and certifies that the trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C. 704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors of this estate. I have received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office.. I believe it looks like you're about to be discharged.

That's GREAT news! Now, you just sit back and wait for the last day for objections to come and go and wait for the discharge! Congrats!

That's the standard Trustee "No Asset" report. Basically, the local Trustee is done with you. Now you wait out your 60 days to Discharge.

Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
Closed - 04/2007
