Hello folks, thanks for all of your help. I hear people talking about getting "flagged" by the US Trustee. How do you know this? Does it appear in the flag area under case summary? Thanks for all of your great and terrific help.

You can get flagged at anytime before or 60 days after your 341 meeting. Pacer will tell you if you are flagged and in some cases you will get a certified letter from BK courts. Try not to worry about things that has not happen.
If you ever heard of "Power of Attraction" you can also attract negative things your way, kind of like speaking it into existances. Don't speak it.Success is reachable, stretch out your arm and grab it.Comment

There was a couple here, who had their 341 same day as us,.......... They got pegged by the UST's Office on Friday. The following Monday was our last day for Objections.
I know a guy who's last day for Objections was supposed to be today,............ He got pegged Tuesday with a Motion to Dismiss.
LostOne, a Member from a while back was contacted within a week or 2 of filing. The UST's Office wanted extra documentation. They provided more than was asked and that was the end of that.
