    Sorry what does this mean?

Ok you guys are going to kill me by the time this is all over! The whole Pacer thing is probably way too addicting and I need to just wait until I hear from my attorney and not read that thing.

So this was on Pacer today

Appearance filed by Elizabeth Alphin on behalf of Creditor DaimlerChrysler Fin. Servs. Amers. LLC. (Alphin, Elizabeth) (Entered: 10/25/2007)

    What does that mean??

We asked to reaffirm both of our vehicles that we have financed thru Chrysler. One is a lease and then one we are paying on a loan with them.

    I am stressing! Sorry!

Okay that means that Chrysler has notified the Court that they want to be notified of anything that goes on during your bankruptcy case. And to let the Court know the name of the Attorney that represents them.

If you are reaffirming on the autos you shouldn't have any problems with them......

    Nothing to get upset about.

Any questions, just feel free to ask - and don't "freak out"....... bk is a simple process if you let it be, especially Chapter 7's.....
Chapter 13's are a little more difficult and involved.

So be patient, go with the flow, and you'll be fine.

Did you file pro se or hire an attorney?

Learn to check Pacer only once a week for updates....... save yourself grief and money...... especially on a Chapter 7.....
Your attorney would notify you of any drastic changes anyways......
