How many times do you go to court?

just for the creditor meeting and when is it offically done after discharged or when closed.

Its usually only once for the 341 meeting and thats it! Most times thats all you will have to do...Then you wait out your 60days like me, on pins and needles hoping for the time to pass with no objections etc!

Yep, in 99.9% of cases once is all it takes. And that once is usually 5-15 minutes...very, very simple.

In my case the worst of it was the actual traveling to the court. I live in a small town north of the "big city" of Tampa where the Middle District FL BK court is, and driving into Tampa was a nightmare. But worth it!
