    Monies made AFTER 341 meeting?

Hello folks, thanks for all of your help. I have the opportunity to make a few thousand on a special project an a contractor. My case is an asset case and I will need to pay about $3000 in part of a buy back agreement. If I make $6000 as part of a special project, will this affect me? Is the trustee entitled to this? Thanks to all of your great help.

Generally money made after the date you file is irrelevant to your BK. So yes, you can take the special project.

The only time money made after discharge may even conceivable become an issue is if demonstrates purposeful underemployment, but I have never seen a case like that. (of course, inheritance and life insurance proceeds fall into the 180 day rule...but regular employment income earned AFTER you file your BK is NOT part of the BK estate).
