    discharged?

I'm sure I've read this somewhere, but I just want to make sure. We were scheduled for discharge on 5/31. And we haven't received a letter and it hasn't changed on Pacer. Is this normal? I'm just getting a little worried about it. Especially reading some of these post on here about getting dismissed.....

    Thanks

Just because your case was supposed to be closed to protests on a certain date, does not mean that it is scheduled for discharge. In fact, I have not once heard of a discharge being on a schedule.

It usually takes a couple of weeks after the final date of protest before your discharge comes through.

If something would go wrong where it isn't discharged they will still send you a letter.

Oh yeah, dont worry, you'd get a letter.
